It will be difficult to help out without knowing exactly what you'd done. Just by reading the reviewer's request, it sounds like you used phoebe to generate a training set? I'm guessing that the reviewer is asking you what parameters did you set, to what, and why, and which you varied. This, of course, is information only you are able to provide. But if you have any specific questions on the internal workings of phoebe, I would be more than happy to help! |

I used PHOEBE to generate light curve samples, but the reviewer asked me many detailed questions about PHOEBE, and I need help with that. Thank you very much in advance.
questions: the authors need to give many more details of their use of PHOEBE to generate the sample data set (learning set). In particular, they do not mention how their intensities are computed, i.e. which options of PHOEBE they use. Did they use atmosphere model intensities, or more traditional limb-darkening. How was reflection effect taken into acvcount (e.g. "Wilson" or Lambertian). I think Prsa's on-line book (2018) provides all the necessary information, plus the most recent information at the PHOEBE web site.
