Import metadata from ug homepage

We can import a specific xml file described by a dtd that contains additional imformations about a usergroup.

• mail address
• twitter name
• homepage

we would import those data from a single url, that is provided bythe UG?

I would suggest to import other data like events, meetings or maybe some users.

The data should be imported in a period like monthly.

No, that wasn't the idea.

The Idea was to enable the usergroups to add additional informations to their usergroup like the path to a logo or a thorough description. The Idea came from the project http://usergroups.rheinmainrocks.de/ where @coderbyheart includes XML-files for each usergroup.

These additional informations might include the following (not a complete list, just my two cent)

• Path to a logo
• Description of the usergroup
• Names of leaders
• Short history

The XML file should be on the top level with a defined name, so that they are downloadable via the URL provided in the form
