Release 0.51 - NOT PUBLISHED

* changed method to include pclzip (cover WB and LEPTON)
* uses now cUrl as preferred method to connect and download data from remote 
  server
* added: if toolConfirmationLog is installed, the client will try to update the 
  log files at the sync server.
* increased fault tolerance if downloaded archives does not pass the tests - 
  syncData now delete the archive, prompt a message and invite to retry the 
  synchronisation
