spoon

spoon is a library to generate Google Cloud Spanner table schema.

spoon parses the structure and generates the table schema converted to the appropriate type.

How to use

1. Define the table structure

Please implement the structure to satisfy the following spoon.EntityBehavior interface.

Structure tag prefix

Default tag prefix is db.

You can set your favorite prefix by specifying TagPrefix option.

e.g. Set spanner to prefix.

Values that can be specified with the tag are as follows.

Tag Value VALUE
nullable Remove the NOT NULL constraint (Allow NULL)
size=<n> When it is strings or bytes, set the length
- Ignore fields

It's used as follows.

How to set the PrimaryKey

Uses spoon.AddPrimaryKey() method.

If you also want to set interleaving, use spoon.AddPrimaryKeyWithInterleave() method.

For example,

	return spoon.AddPrimaryKey(spoon.KeyPart{ColumnName:"ID"})

How to set the Index

Uses spoon.AddIndex() method.

If you also want to add a unique constraint, use spoon.AddUniqueIndex() method.
