Madrat dependency warning

Following functions could not be found in the scope of packages to be checked.:

toolRegionSubsets->toolReportEDGET

The tool function toolRegionSubsets is imported by edgeTransport, and used in REMIND's input data preparation. But, I think, because, remind2 does not depend on madrat, it is not considered in the getMadratGraph function, when the madrat-dependencies are checked. Maybe this tool function should be moved to another package? Or the check should now be default include remind2? I don't know...
