How manipulate colors / theme

Hi there,

Great tool, been using it for years, love the progression. However, the documentation & way to manipulate colors / theme is not intuitive to me. Could this be improved? Perhaps an example on how to do so. I am thinking primarily on the khal calendar and ikhal calls.

With the latest master version you can now write a "color plugin". See https://github.com/geier/khal_gruvbox for an example.
