What are the minimum requirements for pinokio?

I tried it on my win 10 laptop and failed at the first hurdle

conda download aborted

Error: aborted at connResetException (node:internal/errors:) at TLSSocket.socketCloseListener (node:_http_client:) at TLSSocket.emit (node:events:) at node:net: at TCP.done (node:_tls_wrap:)

downloaded the file it points to, manually and installed miniconda. Next run does not detect the install and fails again...

Point is, before I spend anymore time reading up on issues and so on, I looked for min requirements, and basically cannot find a clear answer.

Can I request the link I'm failing to find please?

edit: sorry I was installing e2-f5-tts. Not pinokio itself. Question still stands I suppose.
edit: results are swamped with youtubers cashing in on videos about installing it or showing it off. Non of which I tried were helpful.

I get the same error too, no matter what I try to install:
