Making an offerer and answerer in piortc

Hi everyone,

I'm working on building an end-to-end application where I need to send a video file from the offerer and receive the individual frames on the answerer side. My goal is to transmit the video and save the received frames into a file at the answerer.

If anyone has experience with this or could guide me through the process, I would greatly appreciate the help!
