A python program to communicate with Arduino connected to the COM serial ports of the machine running shepherd, to interpret that input, and to emit LCM messages to the rest of Shepherd, as well listen to LCM and give instructions to those same Arduinos.

A template for communication to be used as a skeleton for future versions of the sensors Arduinos so that they can communicate with this evergreen Sensors.py for the foreseeable future.
