Now that there are conda-forge pyarrow-hotfix packages as well, would it make sense to include this as another option in the install instructions?

Sure would be happy to help with that

When re-reading the installation section, had a question on whether to align the Conda package naming regarding -/_ ( conda-forge/pyarrow-hotfix-feedstock#1 )

The decision on that issue would shape how we write this instruction
