This is to display the spotfixes nearby (no need to show spotfixes in this task)
Zoom reasonably (level 15-16 may be) with center as the users current location
For location try using gps if not use network location and if that is also not available use the last known location.

Starting with basic login and signup screens. First screen to be seen will include map focusing on current location of user.
