I would like to suggest a method like

    function qreg(y::Vector, x::Matrix, q, s::Solver = IP())
        coef = qreg_coef(y, x, q, s)
        vcov = qreg_vcov(y, x, coef, q)
        stderror = sqrt.(diag(vcov))
...

Motivation: DataFrames is sometimes a cumbersome way of handling data.
