Zenodo Integration

As part of the OSS ORE project, a deposit integration with Zenodo is needed.

Zenodo is also mentioned in the technical tender for linkages to underlying data and software - this is separate and covered as part in #6278.

Preprints and articles will be linked to underlying data and software or
algorithms or other tools and outputs in publicly accessible repositories.
Content and metadata distributed to repositories and indexes, including [...] Zenodo
