full mobile support for the editor

Currently we allow the editor to be used on mobile (phones) behind a warning only.
This because we have not yet spent time (or have the resources to do so) to
make the experience on a mobile phone as well as it would be on a desktop.

Tablets we do allow, but even for those we probably want to invest some more time.

The idea would be to one day allow mobile phones to use the editor as well as desktop users,
but this can only be done with sufficient support of community members, more donations
or income through other means and some help in the form of test and code contributions.

It is this discussion where all that can be organised and discussed.
