feature request: archive write support

Do you have an actual use case for this or is it just a cool thing to have? ;)

I really don't have much time to spend on pyarrfs, especially now that I have a young son :)

My use case would be to rename files within archives, thus write support needed i guess.

Don't feel rushed, just wanted to give some feedback.
If you or someone finds the time, it would be nice, i like the idea and am using it on my nas to display rar archives as folders in samba shares.

I haven't committed to pyarrfs in 5 years. I just want to set your expectation level right... if someone else is willing to pick up the work though I'm more than willing to explain how things fit together etc :)
