After #1711 it seems like the format of the artifacts has been changed to 7Zip formats, which are not compatible with the launcher and the installer.

Although the 7Zip can read the archive (since it falls back to 7z format), other archiving software, including native Windows one, can't open the archive.

Assuming from the man page I'm guessing it can be fixed by adding -tzip to scripts/configure-artifact.sh.
