Currently frontend displays information almost in plain texts. It will be great if there is better UI such as etherscan.

While this project currently uses Microsoft's office-ui-fabric-react for UI, we are willing to switch over to an any completely different UI framework to make its UI fancier.

@dahlia OK. I'll choose library btw fluent (a.k.a. office-ui-fabric-react) and material-ui and create pull request.
