How to use PlantUML on WINDOWS-10?
My goal is to install PlantUML on WINDOWS-10.
I want to get a Uml diagram editor and viewer.
Question: Is it possible?

I'm in the current repository (https://github.com/plantuml/docker ) got from this branch - github.com/plantuml/plantuml/issues/1344 .
If I'm doing everything right, then https://github.com/plantuml/docker solves the installation problem on WINDOWS-10.
Question: Did I get that right?

I have no experience using 'docker'.
Could you write more detailed instructions on how to use: https://github.com/plantuml/docker for my task

I use:
WINDOWS-10.

Hello,

Docker is a containerization tool made for Linux. It can work on Windows if there is WSL2 (Windows Subsystem for Linux) installed.
If this is not for commercial purposes in a large company, you can setup that using Docker Desktop for Windows (which will configure WSL for you).
Then you will be able to run a PlantUML server on Windows (10 or other versions).

There are other methods listed on the PlantUML website which do not require Docker.
