I should did, I wish I didn't do the upgrade, server crashed and downtime for a tourism company, I am building a new server now :(

You can use centos2alma --revert if the server is still up and running on CentOS 7

The issue is the server rebooted and stopped on boot, so I am trying to fix it on rescue mode, it seems it did soem steps of the upgrade and wasn't complete for a reason, so now it's broken on boot with some errors on services.
