Long names in toolbar are cutted

Inside toolbar, text elements that appear when hover on icons must be really short. If they are some chars longer the result is not really pretty:

One solution (not related to the theme probably) can be to think about a "short" form of the action title (in the example above: instead of "information" something like "infos").

I'm agree with this idea, maybe this actions should be grouped on a i18n prefix so they can be translated easy.
