Items in circle positioning: Rotate every item then apply distance

Could you give just a little mock-up code to rotate an item with respect to its (invisible) parent before applying positional distance? Thanks.

I'm planning to make items in circle positioning, rotate every item before applying distance to position them around their parent.

I see, rotate its parent <group /> before positioning the item itself:
