Are the /bashrc3-gpu and /HCPpipelines directories in the pnlpipe container?

./hcp_pnl_topup.lsf: line 55: /home/pnlbwh/bashrc3-gpu: No such file or directory

./hcp_pnl_topup.lsf: line 145: /home/pnlbwh/HCPpipelines/DiffusionPreprocessing/DiffPreprocPipeline.sh: No such file or directory
