DSO+T example hangs at first day-ahead clearing

The DSO+T example hangs at first day-ahead clearing occasionally. This only occurs on the PNNL private-cloud VMs. We are using a Docker-ized version of the study on these VMs and it is unknown if this is related to the problem. Add one or two extra days at the front of the simulated time (such that the market conditions) resolved the problem every time but is clearly a band-aid.
