Mark Reward Pokemon as possible Shiny

Would it be possible to add a flag (true / false) to the encounterlist table for a possible shiny pokemon as a reward?
In the presentation of the quest in Telegram either the text (possible shiny) or an emoticon like ✨ could be displayed behind the Pokemon.
