北极星服务调用监控中，统计服务请求数时，不是统计的每一分钟内收到的请求，而是在之前的基础上累加的请求数。
比如说：【0-1min】5个请求，【1min-2min】6个请求，
画出来的图第一分钟是5个请求，第二分钟统计出来是11个请求（5+6），而不是6个请求
