Which release of substrate does frontier support?

Hi Guys,

I am trying to run the latest frontier agaist the substrate release tag monthly-2023-02, but have no success. I get the following error:-

Building againt master branch of substrate has no issue.
Can someone guide me to which version of frontier can support the latest tag of substrate?
