Slow download on Samsung A32 4G Android 13

Steps to reproduce the bug

No specific steps, just launching.

Expected behavior

Perfectly fast populating of a playlist.

Actual behavior

NPSB downloads and populates video list extreeemely slooooowly. Very slow download stream detected. See video.
Playback and jumping over a clip seem OK.

Additional information

No specific circumstances. Just normal use.
Worked well on Android 11 (NPSB v. 993), stopped working on Android 13. Did not continue to work after update to 0.25.2.
It works perfectly on other SAMSUNG devices including A40 (Android 11), Galaxy Tab A 2019 (Android 11).
