Steps to reproduce

  1. scroll in with meta + scrollwheel forwards
  2. scroll back with meta + scrollwheel backwards
  3. get stuck at 105% while trying to scroll backwards further

Expected behaviour

scrolling forwards and backwards follows a lineär curve,
so that zooming out aproaches 100% with the same steps, and
hitting 100% stops the curve.
