VSCode deb not respecting dark mode in menus

I'm not sure if this issue should be in this repo but I'm assuming so because I saw a few related issues here. Also not sure what can be done about this since it's a third-party app, but reporting anyway.

VSCode deb version the only app that doesn't respect the dark mode in the menus. The flatpak version doesn't have this problem for some reason.

This is configurable within the program itself. Go to Settings -> Window -> Title Bar Style and change it from "native" to "custom". (Which is weird, because the program looks more native after the change.)
