Drag and Drop doesn't work on other desktops.

It appears to me that the DndSource and DndDestination widgets as well as the nav_bar doesn't work in desktops other than cosmic. I'm on Hyprland and right now haven't been able to test elsewhere but most apps that I can tell aren't even using drag and drop.

I think these are due to using the smithay_clipboard somehow? At least I think that I saw that libcosmic uses smithay_clipboard to do its drag and drop.
