Contributors Affiliation only allowed among DMP Assistant organizations

Users have reported that when they are adding contributors to their DMPs, they aren't able to include institutional affiliations for some contributors who are from organizations that aren't listed.
Would it be possible to enable custom test in this field?

@closenma , Right now we can add the contributor but the affiliated organisation is not shown. This happens because we are showing only managed organizations.

We can fix this by removing the suggested orgs and having a text field entry.

Would that work ?
