Add informations about per-query runtime #37

feature requested by @marco44

On the per-database query list, it'd be worthwhile to add information about total and/or cumulated runtime.

For instance, adding per query:

% of total runtime
% of cumulated runtime
cumulated runtime

The cumulated runtime depends on the sort ordering, so it must be implemented on client-side.

@marco44 feel free to correct me if I forgot or misunderstood anything.
