Technically there's a method to copy all of the skin's preset to another one. When you export a skin from lazer, opening it in stable you can find some .json files in the skin folder. You can copy those to another skin you'd like to use, export it from stable and import it to lazer. It's a bit tedious, so having a feature to copy all those presets to one skin to another in lazer would save a lot of time 🙏

you can also do that by exporting both skins (source skin and target skin) in lazer, renaming both to .zip, extracting and copy pasting the jsons from the source to the target, compressing both to .zip, renaming back to .osk, and importing in lazer, this way you dont have to use stable (thats what i did)

but yeah it would be much nicer if we could just do it ingame
