Cursor stutters

Bug description

During gameplay, the cursor randomly stutters and lags. I try to play despite that, but it ruins the gameplay. It has been going on for around a month, only in lazer. It's not a tablet problem (using CTL-672) because I can replicate it with mouse, too.

MIGHT be related to my hardware as it doesn't happen consistently:
CPU: i5-4570
GPU: Radeon RX550
RAM: 16 GB

Also probably wait for next release to test async input changes, will 99% fix.

If you don't mind me asking, how does async differ from without async?

#27227 I found that this is a better report of my same issue. As it appears, there's more reports of that from almost a year ago. It's an identical problem.
