What improvement are you suggesting?

The Form comes before the questions starting which asks for the name, difficulty and other things is not responsive as it is shown in the screenshot which i have attached bellow please check it once

Why should make this improvement?

To make the website fully responsive for all the devices as i have seen that the home page and other pages are also responsive so this page will also be responsive for that
