MQTT config only asks for mqttServer, mqttUser, mqttPass there should be also mqttPort option...
in this example: https://github.com/prampec/IotWebConf/blob/master/examples/IotWebConf06MqttApp/IotWebConf06MqttApp.ino

Also why you use arduino-mqtt instead of esp-mqtt?

Edit: Is it possible to turn on Discussions and Wiki?
