Create a cli tool to consume minp #15

It should be good to have a simple go cli which can do following.

run
stop
delete
config

This will help for better UX. Also better to use podman rest API instead of direct exec using CLI.

Config should allow

different route url
any other mounting volumes

With this CLI we can also copy the kubeconfig file from container to host.
