Pboot edit function get more object info (e.g. matrices)

Hi! I have been using the Pboot/Tboot functions and started looking at the source code. I was wondering about the ability to adjust the functions in order to save relevant objects in order to get the new fitted values, residuals, covariance matrices, etc. so that one can do diagnostic checking with the new residuals, create prediction intervals, and compare the bootstrapped model to original.
