Update @actions/core dependency

Hi @prepor!

First of all, thank you for a great and handy action. We are using it a lot and had no issue whatsoever.
However, due to recent vulnerability discovered it will most likely break on November 16. There is already a PR form Dependabot for this, so I recon it should be pretty trivial. I have some experience with TS and can help if needed.

Hi, Just got with version @1. The fix wasn't deployed to a release.
