Make tour features compatible with intro.js 7.x #827

Intro.js was rebuilt to use Typescript with its 7.0.0 release. Updating this dependency breaks the auto 'typing' and filter select/clear actions in the tour. We should fix this so that they continue to work after updating to the 7.x release of intro.js
