Book 1 - Repeated content in 2.2.2 and 2.6.1, 2.6.2

This is pretty minor / sorry if this has already been reported.

I noticed that there is some repeated content across Sections 2.2.2, 2.6.1, and 2.6.2 around cumulative distribution functions and probability density functions with some parts replicated word-for-word and with Section 2.6.1 still referencing Figure 2.2a.b. Perhaps, the parts in 2.6.1 and 2.6.2 already covered in 2.2.2 can be omitted.
