allow multiple ports(csv) in network templates

Proposed Changes

• some services don't always exist on single port ex: say SSH its known default port is 22 but it is only commonly found on port 2222 . same is the case with other services i.e why template should be able to choose from multiple ports specified in template
• With recent change in network protocol template about using port field to specify the port to use instead of adding it in address field . network templates are now limited to only using 1 port in network protocol
• accept comma seperated ports in port field
