Some notes on predictions on the amateur tracker.

• There is no sense of 'launch sites' on the amateur tracker. If a prediction has been run with non-default parameters, then these need to be included in the prediction result somehow. These non-default parameters should be displayed on the landing marker pop-up, including the submitter name, and when the parameters were submitted.
