For Grafana URLs on Kubernetes like <...>.svc.cluster.local, a user is getting:

dial tcp: lookup device or resource busy

...but it works when providing just the <...>.svc part.

golang/go#31934 and some other issues suggest that Go handles .local specially. Would be good to fix this.
