"Add new" link of nested embedded relation form not firing

Hello,
I get a problem with nested embed relation form.
Clicking the link "Add new" of the inside relation form, I get the javascript error:
addnewMyRelationWidget is not defined
Instead clicking the outside link "Add new" the new form is created.

This bug still exists, I had this initially working on branch nested_forns. It's a very old branch but it shouldn't be too hard to finish it since sfPropelORMPlugin didn't change that much.
