The data the API currently returns for Rep. Chris Smith (NJ-4) includes a twitter_account field that points to the account @RepChrisSmith. I don't know if that was ever Rep. Smith's official Twitter account in the past, but Twitter currently responds to requests for it with "this account doesn't exist" (i.e., it was either deleted at some point, or never existed).

Rep. Smith's official Web site lists Facebook and Instagram accounts, but no Twitter account that I can find.

The current legislators-social-media.json file provided by the congress-legislators project of @unitedstates lists Facebook and YouTube accounts for Rep. Smith, but no Twitter account. So it's possible this is something that will get cleaned up automatically the next time the API syncs its data. I just wanted to flag it in case it's a bug.
