Stuck filament -- happened exactly the same point on re-print

Description of the bug

Prusa XL multitool, but only using one extruder for this print. I experienced two stuck filament errors requiring unloading and manual reloading of the filament. I reprinted the part and see the stuck filament error at exactly the same point. In the attached gcode file, the first error happened at the switch from layer2 to layer 3, and the second error occurred during printing of the top layer.
