Add login check embed to companion command

Current behavior

We don't filter down results to the current server, but ideally, we would minimize server hops as much as possible to reduce friction.

Expected behavior

Should display a "Waiting for login" screen where we show the players that the system is aware of. (Filtered down to the previously selected server)

Depends on #137 and may require an additional issue for scoped ws subscriptions.
