Dear PtyPy users/developers,
We would like to remind you (or inform you if you haven’t heard of it before!) that the PtyPy developer meeting will be taking place at the University of Trieste, Italy, as well as remotely on August 21-25 2023.
The main objective of this developer meeting is to build a larger community of PtyPy developers, to allow the implementation of fixes, improvements and new features at a rate much higher than what we (Benedikt, Bjoern and Pierre) can sustain.
It is not too late to register! If you are interested, please fill out this form: https://forms.gle/z2oCWedU9bKAAhtk9 before the 14th of August! You should be warned that the workshop is going to be heavier on coding than on science, with real-time coding and few prepared presentations. If you decide to attend in person, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
The current schedule can be found here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1h90wLvtQl7lqK5wlBgYly0F067n9fhQQiaEaW45XuOA/edit?usp=sharing.
Please note that last-minute changes are likely, especially if some of the participants raise urgent or interesting points to address. We will also be happy to work on specific ptychographic datasets if they are sent to us in advance.
Please let us know if you have any questions.
Best wishes,
Benedikt, Bjoern and Pierre
