What maintenance needs to be done?

@VickieKarasic prepared a spreadsheet of broken advanced search links in libguides. We should provide current links with the new post-upgrade syntax that can be given to selectors.

Level of urgency

  • High
  • Moderate
  • Low

Why is this maintenance needed?

  • A clear description of why this is needed.

Acceptance criteria

  • Have working versions of the broken URLs recording in the spreadsheet.
  • Once complete we should let @VickieKarasic know and she will update libgudes with the new links.

@kevinreiss I added a couple more rows to the bottom of the spreadsheet with additional broken links I found when updating the Linguistics Guide. For whatever reason, these search strings with f1= were not being caught in the Guides built-in link checker, even though they clearly have that string in the URL. Makes me a bit nervous that we may not catching everything, but there isn't really a great way to check comprehensively other than using the Link Checker in Guides...
